One of the greatest things about Tai Chi is its incredible versatility.

It can be done anytime and practically anywhere – and for those with limited mobility, or who are recovering from illness or injury, seated Tai Chi is a fantastic way to practice the amazing art of Tai Chi.

Lower body strength and balance aside, you can benefit incredibly from regular seated Tai Chi practice. You will feel gently stretched out, refreshed and energised, with a calmer mind and reduced aches and pains…. It’s like a moving meditation – from a seated position!

This course for subscribers is over a 12 month period and each month several moves will be released to you for studying and training. You will also have access to learn the form from a standing position, so you can switch from one to the other if required. Additionally,
you can access a private Facebook group where you can post questions, and view extra material.
