We have created a course for you which goes into details of each individual move, including correcting common errors, breathing patterns and breaking the moved down into bite-sized chunks when needed.

You also have access to a video at the end of each section – as well as at the end of the whole form – where you can follow Mark as he guides you through the entire sequence.

These qigong forms is a perfect companion to your tai chi studies and it is lovely to perform as a warm up before embarking on some tai chi practice for the day.

Being an integral part of Chinese medicine, the benefits of regular qigong practice are tremendous for your overall health and wellbeing.

We hope you enjoy the course!

  1. Gives you a sense of calmness - great before the start of day!

The best way to start your morning or to calm you down after a hectic day!

  2. Best start to the morning

This is the best way for me to start the morning, It helps with my balance and other problems connected to ‘the old Parkinsons’ and also helps me focus on the day ahead and to organise my sometimes muddled brain.

January 2020 – Once again this programme is helping me to get back on track as I go through a setback with the Parkinsons. I do it first thing in the morning and so I am then (hopefully) in a calmer state of mind and body to balance out the coming day. Together with some meditation I then feel able to cope with whatever is thrown at me.
